Devos Group was founded in 1984. Stefaan Devos and Martine Theunis decided to set up a fruit company, following the example of their parents who had a number of fruit trees. Since the young couple were trained as engineers, not as farmers, they quickly implemented their own ideas and mindset on the classic model.

Today the company is run by the entire Devos family; Stefaan and Martine, their sons Pieter and Wouter and their partners Caroline and Kaisia. Pieter is responsible for the commercial aspect of the company while Wouter is the technical driving force and ensures the smooth operation of the company in every possible way. Devos Group is a leader in the field of fruit growing and storage and has become an important player in both the Belgian and international fruit trade market.
